How do I place an order?
Through our Enquiry Form. During busy periods, there may be a few days wait on responses, but we will endeavour to get back to all your enquiries within three business days.
Can I place an order for a fondant cake?
Our business focus currently are buttercream cakes, which means we no longer work with fondant on cakes. If you are keen for a fondant cake, we can direct you to some awesome cake makers in Melbourne that work with fondant.
How do I pay for my order?
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, and payment in full required two weeks before your event date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or credit card.
Do you provide delivery?
Delivery is available to all regions in Melbourne at an additional cost. Pick up is also available from Greenvale, VIC.
What is the best way to transport my cake?
We recommend that the cake travels in the boot or on the floor of the car, preferably on a grip or non-slip mat, so they move with the car and are less likely to become damaged. If you do not have a clean level space, please bring someone with you to hold the cake. We take great care in preparing our dessert/s so they are internally supported and sturdy enough to travel, however we cannot accept responsibility for any breakages or damages to your dessert/s after it has left our premises.
How do I store and display my cake and/or cupcakes?
Cakes and cupcakes should be refrigerated up to 1-2 hours before serving. Remove the cake/cupcakes from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature before serving.
Any spares can be refrigerated or frozen in an airtight container to save for a later day.
Keep the cake/cupcakes out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Buttercream cakes can begin to lose their shape and melt if it gets warm. Also, please ensure your cake stand and table are stable and secure.
Coffee vs Dessert portions?
Coffee portions are half the size of a dessert portion and measure roughly 1" x 1" x 6". Dessert portions measure 2" x 1" x 6". If your event includes a three-course meal, coffee portions are usually ample. If serving the cake as a course on its own, dessert portions are advised.
Do you make gluten free cakes?

Do you hire out cake stands or plates?
Yes we do. We have a range of cake stands and plates that we hire out, starting from $15. There is also a $50 bond that is paid prior to the event date, and then refunded once the cake stand and/or plate is returned in its original condition. If the stand or plate is damaged, the bond is forfeited.
Do you provide discounts for bulk orders?
Yes we do. We provide a 5% discount for +100 cupcakes and a 10% discount for +400 cupcakes.
What if I want to change part or all of my order?
Any changes to your order must be communicated immediately. At least a week's notice is required for any minor changes and two weeks for any major changes.
